These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pruna-trading.com (the “Site”) and the sovereign AI infrastructure, GPU cloud, and related services (the “Services”) provided by Pruna Trading (“Pruna Trading”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site or Services. If you use the Site or Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site, Services, or supporting infrastructure;
• Use the Services to transmit malicious code or to conduct any activity that harms or overburdens our systems;
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Services except as expressly permitted; or
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

Access to certain Services may be subject to separate written agreements, order forms, or statements of work between you and Pruna Trading. In the event of a conflict between such an agreement and these Terms, the separate agreement will govern with respect to the Services it covers.

The Site and Services, including all text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, are owned by or licensed to Pruna Trading and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without our prior written consent. “Pruna Trading” and related marks are the property of Pruna Trading; all other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

The Site may reference third-party technologies, partners, or contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party, and such references do not constitute an endorsement.

The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pruna Trading and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pruna Trading and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or Services or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
